Conditions for return
Customers can return goods if:

Products are damaged or have technical errors due to manufacturer or shipping.

Wrong product model and quantity delivered.

Counterfeit goods (not as described or committed).

Some places allow returns if the customer is not satisfied, but there is usually a return shipping fee.
Not applicable to:

Discounted, clearance items.

Perishable goods (fresh food, flowers, opened cosmetics...).

Products that cannot be returned due to international law (alcohol, medicine, special liquids...).

Return period
Normally: 7 – 30 days from date of receipt.

Depending on the platform: Amazon (30 days), eBay (30 days), Shopee/Lazada international (7–15 days).

Shipping Costs & Taxes

Seller bears the cost: If the goods are defective or of the wrong model.

Buyer pays the fee: If exchanging/returning for personal reasons (don't like, change color/model).

Taxes & Customs Fees:

Some countries do not refund import duties once the goods have cleared customs.

The seller may assist by refunding the product value, excluding tax.

International return process

Customers send return requests with evidence (photos/videos).

The seller confirms the return conditions.
-
Customers return goods via international shipping service (DHL, FedEx, UPS...).

Seller receives and checks goods.
-
Refund/exchange new product for customer.
